 Ingredients Needed: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 400g sliced chicken breast (or tofu/vegetables for a vegan alternative), spring onions, mushrooms, beansprouts, and your choice of Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice.  

 Method:

1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.  

2. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.  

3. Add the spring onions, mushrooms, and beansprouts, cooking for 1 minute.  

4. Pour in the pouch of Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.  

5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve alongside steamed rice.
