Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from NEXHAU GROUP LIMITED ("NEXHAU", "we", "us" or "our") through nexhau.co.uk and any associated online sales channels. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

Goods: means any products sold by us. Order: means your request to purchase Goods. Contract: means the legally binding agreement created when we accept your Order.

If we cancel your Order, any payment received will be refunded in full.

16. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your Order has been accepted and dispatched. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. 17. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and are displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • delivery destination;
  • parcel size and weight;
  • delivery service selected;

Any applicable delivery charges form part of your Order total.

18. Delivery Address

The risk in the Goods passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided. Ownership of the Goods remains with NEXHAU GROUP LIMITED until full payment has been received.

21. Inspecting Your Order

22. Consumer Right to Cancel

Where tracking indicates that a parcel has not been successfully delivered, we will investigate with the courier. Investigations may take several working days depending on the courier's procedures. Where appropriate following investigation, we may:

  • issue a refund; or
  • offer another suitable resolution.

30. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These may include:

31. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without valid legal grounds or fail to collect your parcel from a collection point within the required period:

  • the parcel may be returned to us;
  • return courier charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law;
  • original delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by law.

Where international delivery is offered, customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or similar fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
