Cooks' Corner Tips:

 Baking Frozen Vegetables: Instead of boiling, place frozen vegetables on aluminum foil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of Saxa salt and a knob of butter. Wrap tightly as a parcel and bake in the oven for 20–30 minutes until cooked.

 Crushing Garlic: Place your garlic clove on 1/2 tsp of Saxa salt before crushing it with a knife to prevent it from slipping around the chopping board.
