Preparation & Usage

1. You'll need one sachet of Colman's White Sauce Mix and 300 ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milk.
2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix with the contents of the white sauce sachet.
3. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
4. Simmer for 1 minute and enjoy! A great accompaniment to fish, meat, and pasta.
