500g Pack The Ugly Truffle Co. Black Summer Truffle Gourmet Crisps

If you're looking for Truffle you came to the right place...

The Ugly Truffle Company uses Black Summer Truffles foraged from the lush forests of Istria, Croatia by enthusiastic truffle dogs who snuffle out every wild truffle that stars in their products.

These gourmet crisps are treated with love. Batch cooked by hand in 100% sunflower oil.

They are fried at a lower temperature to allow the thicker cut to absorb less oil. This preserves the delicate potato flavour (and gives them that extra crunch!) before being kissed by the Ugly Truffle for that unique luxurious flavour.
